Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients 10 strawberries, 1 mug of water, 2 dessert spoons of honey
Method :

Ingredients 4 kiwi fruit, Half a cup of water, 1 dessert spoon of honey.

Ingredients : 1 mango, half a cup of water, half a cup of milk.

Ingredients : 2 bananas, overripe are better, half a mug of water and half a mug of milk.

Ingredients : Half a mug of blackcurrants, or any berries,seedles ideally,but you can strain it,1 cup of water, 2 dessert spoons of honey. Yogurt optional

Ingredients : 1 small carrot, 2 oranges, 2 dessert spoons of honey, 1 mug of water.
Method : Peel, top and tail and wash the carrot.Peel a little zest off one of the oranges and keep. remove the rest of the peeling and pips. Blend in a plastic jug with the water chopped carrot and honey. Pour in a glass when nice and smooth.

Cabbage and beetroot Smoothie
Ingredients : 2 green outer leave of cabbage, 2 cooked boiled beetroot not pickled, 1 dessert spoon of honey,1 mug of water.Add yoghurt if you like
Method : Wash the cabbage and finely chop. Then chop the beetroot and put in a plastic jug with the cabbage,honey and water. Blend it up and you will have a nice healthy smoothie to put in a glass. Enjoy it
