So you are not sure, what to have tonight, or for your lunch.You have come to the right link.this is where, I am going to give you some weekly menus.Most of the recipes, to these will be on this website.If not already, they soon will be.Also guess what? It will be a balanced diet, which is healthy and low fat.I will give you a good variety of meals, looking at your budget and health.So I hope you like this one, and find it useful.Keep coming back, to see regular updates and add www.heccookery.com, to your favourites. If you have serious weight issues and you want to lose weight consult your doctor who will probably advise you to a nutritionist. There will be three weeks for you to chew on with this link. but remember you can vary most of the meals by simply changing the meat,fish,fruit,cereal etc. I will add sweets don't worry, I know most people like a bit of something else. These menus are regular family healthy balanced diet meals. If you eat loads of chocolate,cake,biscuits,crisps,sweets and fizzy drinks through the day these will not help with your health or your weight. so enjoy the Cooky menu

Week 1
Monday
Breakfast - Porridge.
Lunch - Beans on 2 dry pieces of brown toast.
Tea - Fish pie,carrots,broccoli.
Tuesday
Breakfast - Weetabix x 2 with semi milk.
Lunch - Plain tinned tuna in jacket potato + salad
Tea - Vegetable stir fry.
Wednesday
Breakfast - Museli half cereal bowl and milk.
Lunch - Lentil soup and brown roll,no butter.
Tea - Chicken curry and rice.
Thursday
Breakfast - Strawberry smoothie.
Lunch - cheese omlette and salad
Tea - Steak pie,carrots,boiled potatoes,broccoli.
Friday
Breakfast - Beans on toast
Lunch - Carrot soup and 1 piece dry brown bread
Tea - Baked mackerel and salad
Saturday
Breakfast - Poached egg on 2 dry toast
Lunch - Spicy chicken wrap.
Tea - Sweet and sour pork.
Sunday
Breakfast - Grilled bacon,tomato,poached egg,1 sausage,1 dry toast.
Lunch - Ham sandwich
Tea - Roast lamb,healthy gravy,boiled cabbage and carrots,New boiled potatoes.
Week 2
Monday
Breakfast - Pilchards on dry toast.
Lunch - 1 quarter slice of pizza and salad.
Tea - Sweet and sour chicken and rice.
Tuesday
Breakfast - Yoghurt and fresh fruit.
Lunch - Quiche and salad.
Tea - Hotpot and red cabbage.
Wednesday
Breakfast - Cornflakes and semi skimmed milk
Lunch - Tomatoes on 2 brown toast.
Tea - Vegetable stir fry.
Thursday
Breakfast - scrambled egg on 2 dry toast.
Lunch - Jacket potato and coleslaw.
Tea - liver casserole,carrots,boiled potatoes.
Friday
Breakfast - 1 slice of cheese on toast.
Lunch - Hot chicken baguette
Tea - 2 fish cakes and salad
Saturday
Breakfast - 2 brown toast and honey
Lunch - Tomato soup and brown roll
Tea - Beef stew.
Sunday
Breakfast - Boiled egg and 2 dry brown toast
Lunch - Vegetable broth
Tea - Roast chicken with skin taken off,healthy gravy,sprouts,boulangere potatoes,boiled carrots,broccoli
